Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Therefore, we record your order in our system and authorize your payment method.
Next, we begin processing to confirm stock status and shipping readiness.
If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we void the authorization and email you.
However, if items ship within three business days, we capture payment and release shipment.

Order Shipment

In-stock orders ship within one to three business days after you place the order.
Then, delivery usually occurs within one to six business days after shipment.
However, holidays can extend timelines.
Additionally, weather, transit delays, carrier capacity, and warehouse location can change estimates.
We send tracking within 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse.

Saunas ship via freight and require a signature at delivery.
Then, the freight carrier will call to schedule your delivery appointment.
Typically, freight service includes curbside delivery with a lift gate.
Therefore, the driver lowers the crate to curb level only.

The carrier will attempt delivery two to three times.
However, missed appointments can trigger carrier fees.
Additionally, if the carrier cannot reach you after maximum attempts, they return the shipment.
Then, you must cover return freight costs, missed delivery fees, and a 3% transaction fee.
Moreover, third-party carrier terms may apply, including storage fees and availability limits.

Shipments to Canada

At this time, we do not ship to Canada.

Product Quality and Delivery Inspection

Please inspect the packaging upon delivery before you sign.
If you see damage, refuse delivery and note damage on the delivery receipt.
Then email photos and details to message@truregalia.com immediately.
If you sign without notes, you accept the shipment as delivered in good condition.
Therefore, carrier claim options may become limited.
However, if you report eligible damage, we file a claim and support resolution.
We may provide replacement parts, partial refunds, or full refunds, depending on severity.
In severe cases, we may replace the unit entirely.

Returns and Refunds

You may return items within 30 days of receipt.
However, returns require new condition and original packaging.
Additionally, returns must include all parts and components.
For freight items, you may need to place the product on the original pallet.
Then, send photos to message@truregalia.com to confirm return eligibility.

You must pay all original shipping and return shipping costs.
Therefore, free checkout shipping does not remove return freight responsibility.
After inspection, we refund the item price minus shipping costs and applicable fees.
Additionally, we may charge a 25% restocking fee based on item value.
Item value excludes discounts and promotions.

Returns require an RMA number.
So, email message@truregalia.com to request an RMA.
As stated above, we handle missing parts or delivery damage according to policy.
Refunds go to the original payment method used at checkout.

Compliance Responsibility

You must confirm product compliance with state, county, and city codes.
Therefore, ask your inspector about local requirements before purchase.

Cancellations

Cancellations only process during business hours, Monday through Friday, Eastern Time.
If the item is backordered, will-call, or unavailable, contact message@truregalia.com.
If you request cancellation after shipment, you must cover shipping costs.
Additionally, cancellations after shipment incur a 3% transaction fee.
To receive a full refund, request cancellation before the business day of shipment.

Non-USD Payments

We process purchases in USD only.
Therefore, we do not cover foreign transaction fees or exchange-rate differences.
Additionally, banks may apply currency conversion charges outside our control.

Other Terms

All returns involving credit cards, PayPal, or financing may incur a 4% fee.
