Due to the nature of high-value and custom-fulfilled products, returns are handled carefully and transparently.

Eligibility for Returns

Many items sold by Truregalia are:

  • Made to order
  • Custom configured
  • Shipped via freight or specialized carriers

Because of this, not all items are eligible for return.

Manufacturer Policies

Returns follow the individual manufacturer’s return guidelines.
Some manufacturers charge restocking fees or do not accept returns once production begins.

Return Requests

If you believe a return may apply:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide order number, photos, and issue details
  3. We will coordinate directly with the manufacturer

Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Installed or used items
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of packaging and product condition
    We will assist with replacement or resolution per manufacturer policy.
